What’s the difference between a car wash and professional detailing?
A wash removes surface dirt. Professional detailing deep-cleans the interior, safely cleans and decontaminates the exterior,

How long does a detailing service take?
It depends on your package, vehicle size, and condition. A mini detail is typically quicker, while full and complete details take longer.
Paint correction and ceramic coating services require additional time for proper prep and curing steps. We focus on quality — not rushing.
Do you offer ceramic coatings?
Yes. We offer ceramic coating options designed for long-term protection and easier maintenance:

Can you remove swirl marks and scratches?
Many swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches can be improved or removed with compound & polish (paint correction).
Deeper scratches that catch a fingernail may not fully disappear, but we can often improve their appearance and increase gloss.
Do you offer headlight restoration?
Yes. Headlight restoration helps improve clarity and appearance, and can noticeably improve nighttime visibility.
If you mention foggy or yellow headlights when booking, we’ll recommend the best add-on for your vehicle.
Do you remove pet hair, stains, and odors?
Yes. We handle pet hair removal and deep cleaning for most stains and odors using professional techniques.
Some severe cases can require additional time; we’ll communicate clearly before proceeding.
Do you handle mold, vomit, or biohazard situations?
Yes — we offer specialty cleanups for mold, vomit, and biohazard-type situations. These jobs require extra safety steps and specialized products.
If your vehicle has a biohazard concern, tell us in the booking notes or text us photos so we can prepare properly.
Do you clean engine bays?
Yes. Engine bay cleaning is available as an add-on. We use careful methods appropriate for modern vehicles, avoiding risky shortcuts.

What should I do before you arrive?
Remove any personal items you want to keep and ensure we have access to the vehicle.
If you have child seats, valuables, or sensitive items, removing them helps us detail more thoroughly.
What if the weather is bad on my appointment day?
We monitor weather closely. Light weather is usually fine, but for heavy rain or unsafe conditions we’ll reschedule at no charge.
